Please read these terms of service carefully before using the Rogue Runners service.

1 - Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 - Interpretation Words with capitalized initials have meanings specified here and retain the same meanings whether singular or plural.

1.2 - Definitions For the purposes of these Terms of Service: Account: A unique user profile allowing access to Rogue Runners’ Service. Affiliate: Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, defined by ownership of 50% or more of voting rights. Application: The Rogue Runners software application, downloadable on any electronic device. Buyer: A user who places Orders for services on the Rogue Runners platform. Country: The country where Rogue Runners is registered, currently the United States. Company (also “Rogue Runners”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”): Project Nightowl LLC,. Content: Any text, images, or other information that users post, upload, or make available on our platform. Device: Any electronic device used to access our Service. Feedback: Innovations, suggestions, or ideas shared with Rogue Runners regarding our Service. Goods: The unique, unconventional tasks and services Rogue Runners offers for sale or trade. Operator: The primary manager of Rogue Runners and all its platform operations. Order: A request to purchase Goods via the Rogue Runners platform. Seller: A user who lists Goods on the platform and makes them available for transaction. Service: The Rogue Runners app, website, or both. Terms of Service (also “Terms”): This agreement governing the use of Rogue Runners’ services. Third-party Social Media Service: Any content, data, or products provided by a third party integrated with our platform. Website: Roguerunners.app accessible as Rogue Runners’ main platform. You: The individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

3 - Acknowledgment These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Rogue Runners, establishing your rights and obligations regarding our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part, please do not use our Service. You confirm you are over the age of majority in your location. Rogue Runners does not allow anyone under this age to use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, detailing our practices in handling your personal information.

4 - Governing Law The laws of the United States govern these Terms, excluding its conflict of law provisions. 4.1 - For European Union (EU) Users If you’re an EU consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory laws of the country where you reside. 4.2 - United States Compliance You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or on any U.S. government list of restricted parties. 4.3 - Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be adjusted to meet the intended purpose as fully as possible, with the remaining Terms continuing in full effect. 4.4 - Waiver Failure to enforce a right or requirement under these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

5 - User Accounts 5.1 - Account Creation When creating an account, you must provide accurate and current information. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account. You cannot use a username that violates others' rights or is offensive or obscene. 5.2 - Account Information Your account may require you to provide your name, email, phone number, and address. To comply with identity verification, further information may be requested. 5.3 - Account Review Rogue Runners does not endorse or perform background checks on users. You are solely responsible for all actions under your account. 5.4 - Account Password You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 5.5 - Account Termination We may terminate your account without notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6 - Content 6.1 - Your Right to Post Content By posting Content, you grant Rogue Runners the right to use and distribute it on the platform. You retain rights to your Content and are responsible for it. 6.2 - Content Restrictions You are solely responsible for Content posted under your account. Rogue Runners reserves the right to remove any content that does not align with our guidelines, including unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate material. 6.3 - Content Backups We perform regular backups but cannot guarantee data preservation. We recommend keeping your own backups. 6.4 - Intellectual Property and Copyright If you believe your content has been infringed upon, please contact us with the relevant details for our review.

7 - Orders of Goods By placing an Order, you warrant that you are legally able to form contracts. 7.1 - Service Role in Orders Rogue Runners serves as a facilitator between Buyers and Sellers and is not responsible for disputes. 7.2 - Buyer Information We may collect relevant information to process Orders. 7.3 - Availability and Errors Goods may be mispriced or inaccurately described, and we may correct errors at any time. 7.4 - Prices Policy We and Sellers reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. 7.5 - Payments Payment validation is managed by third-party gateways (Stripe). Authorization issues may result in Order delays. 7.6 - Service Fees Service fees and their calculation are shown at the time of Order. These may change at our discretion. 7.7 - Order Modification Buyers and Sellers are responsible for modifications and associated costs. 7.8 - Order Cancellation 7.8.1 - Our Right to Cancel We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders at any time due to unavailability, errors, or suspected fraud. 7.8.2 - Buyer Cancellations If you cancel an Order, fees may not be refunded unless it’s a situation beyond your control. 7.8.3 - Seller Cancellations If a Seller cancels, the Buyer’s payment is refunded. 7.9 - Order Disputes Notify Rogue Runners in case of disputes, which we will resolve at our sole discretion.

8 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability 8.1 - Limitation of Liability Rogue Runners’ liability is limited to amounts paid for the Service or $100 if no purchases were made. 8.2 - “AS IS” Disclaimer The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

9 - Dispute Resolution For disputes, please contact Rogue Runners to resolve the issue informally first.

10 - Intellectual Property Rogue Runners owns its platform’s content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

11 - Feedback to Us You grant Rogue Runners rights to any Feedback you provide.

12 - Changes to these Terms Rogue Runners may update these Terms, with significant changes notified in advance.
